Cosmic Photo prompt.

Your Friday prompt for The Cosmic Photo Challenge is here to give your creative urges some direction, with this week’s theme; Through an opening.

Pretty self-explanatory, but as ever, take it in whatever way you wish and we’ll all get together again on Monday to compare notes.

Have a great weekend.

The Cosmic Photo Challenge: Any two colours.

Good morning, on this fine Monday The Cosmic Photo Challenge is taking its inspiration from the prompt; Any two colours.

My two featured colours are blue and yellow (or yellowish) and it was fun editing these while I stayed indoors out of the rain at the weekend.

Where did your dual colour adventure take you?

Cosmic Photo prompt.

For this week’s Cosmic Photo Challenge, I’d like to see images which reflect the prompt; Any two colours.

So whatever you capture for Monday’s post must be (primarily) the two colours you choose, no matter how many photos you post.

It is, of course, entirely up to you whether the colours in your pictures are natural or creative edits…

Have a great weekend, see you all soon.

The Cosmic Photo Challenge: Art for art’s sake.

Monday’s here and it’s back to work once more, but let’s take a moment to gaze upon the wonders brought to you by The Cosmic Photo Challenge and this week’s theme; Art for art’s sake.

For our semi-regular creative prompt today, I took this rather ordinary photo of the yard at work…

…and turned it into this surreal collage. There are 20 individual images in this one photo. I’m especially pleased with the reflections. ;~}

In what direction did the creative muse take you over the weekend?

Good evening, I hope you are all doing ok, welcome to your Friday prompt for The Cosmic Photo Challenge.

I think it’s about time for some photographic mucking about, so we’ll return to our occasional theme of; Art for art’s sake.

The field is wide open for the choice of subject matter and style, so let your creative imaginings take flight and have a great weekend.

The Cosmic Photo Challenge: Autumn colours.

Hello everyone, I hope your weekend went well, now let’s turn our attention to The Cosmic Photo Challenge, which this week is brought to you by the prompt; Autumn colours.

I dodged the rain yesterday and went for a walk in the country, just down the road from home, where the trees are displaying the full range of autumnal shades.

So, what seasonal treats do you have in store for us today..?

The Cosmic Photo Challenge: Reflections.

Hello, welcome to the first day of the rest of your week. But don’t despair just yet, because Monday means it’s also time for The Cosmic Photo Challenge, which this week is brought to you by the prompt; Reflections.

As predicted, I had plenty of reflective surfaces to choose from, what with all the rain we’ve had recently.

Did your success in finding suitable subjects mirror my own? Why not show us your photos, it’s easy to do…

Cosmic Photo prompt

Happy Friday! Phew, that was a long week, but now it’s time to relax and contemplate today’s prompt for The Cosmic Photo Challenge.

Since the rainy season appears to have arrived, I’m going to make it easy on myself for a change and make the theme of Monday’s post; “Reflections“.

At least I can be fairly certain of plenty of standing water to assist my photographic endeavors, even if we do avoid it falling from the sky at the weekend.  ;~}

Enjoy the time off, see you next week.

The Cosmic Photo Challenge: A splash of colour.

Welcome to the new week and to The Cosmic Photo Challenge, it’s time to find out if pictures can be just as interesting with just; A splash of colour.

I gave four new shots and two old ones the colour splash fingertip erasing treatment and they’re all rather eye-catching.

Now let’s have a look at your colourful creations…
