For this week’s theme on The Cosmic Photo Challenge we’re going to get all blurry, with a prompt inspired by one of our occasional contributors, David Meredith, who gets some great effects with; Intentional camera movement (ICM).

So let’s get all experimental this weekend and no matter what the results, post them back here for the big reveal.
