Another gloomy Monday morning on The Cosmic Photo Challenge, leading on from an equally dull and overcast weekend, tying in nicely with prescient prompt; Shades of grey.
I took a very brisk and chilly walk along the river Taw yesterday, past buildings old and new.

How was your search for colourless inspiration? Show us what you found, we’d all love to see…

I especially liked the scaffolding around the building. I wondered if they were constructing it or tearing it down.

It’s a new block of rather unattractive flats, but the scaffolding did make for a nice picture.

Your pictures look ancient, particularly the bridge and the building on ridge.
I didn’t leave the house (well, the car is in the shop and the weather was not inviting and I was just plain lazy) – so I went a completely different way.

Thanks. I’m glad you said that, I thought the bridge shot looked old, too.
